Check the mattress depth and weight limits. Ottoman gas struts are sized for a typical mattress and can struggle with very heavy ones.

Is a mattress included?
No. Order a mattress in the matching UK size. Sizes: small double 4ft, double 4ft6, king 5ft, super king 6ft.
Do ottoman beds need assembly?
Yes, usually two people for an hour or so. We can assemble on delivery.
End lift or side lift?
End lift opens from the foot of the bed, which suits most rooms. Side lift opens from the side, which helps when the foot is against a wall or furniture.
Does upholstered furniture meet the fire safety rules for lets?
Upholstered furniture supplied in rented or holiday accommodation must meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 and carry the permanent label. Check the label and product details on the listing before buying for a let.
Can you deliver and assemble across several properties?
