Refurbished Midea Portasplit 8000 BTU A++ Smart Inverter Portable Split Air Conditioner

Ultra quiet, energy efficient cooling

The PortaSplit 8K is an ultra quiet, energy efficient mobile split air conditioner designed to deliver powerful, comfortable cooling without permanent installation. With an impressive 8000 BTU (2.3 kW) cooling capacity and a high SEER of 6.1 (A++ efficiency class for cooling), it provides superior performance compared with conventional portable air conditioners, while using significantly less energy.

Ideal for homes and offices, the Portasplit8k is suitable for rooms up to 30 sqm / 70 m³, delivering fast, even cooling while operating at noise levels as low as 39 dB(A) in silent mode — quiet enough to disappear into the background.

Smart control, effortless comfort

Connect the Portasplit8k to your home Wi Fi and take full control from anywhere using the SmartHome app. Adjust temperature settings, fan speed, operating modes, and timers directly from your smartphone, or integrate with compatible voice assistants for hands free convenience.

Use the 24 hour timer and smart scheduling to match your daily routine — cooling rooms only when needed to maximise comfort while keeping energy use under control.

Efficient performance, designed to last

Unlike traditional single hose portable units, the mobile split design separates indoor and outdoor components to improve efficiency and reduce heat loss. The result is faster cooling, quieter operation, and improved long term performance.

The flat 2.7 cm refrigerant hose allows discreet window installation without bulky exhaust pipes, while the robust metal mounting bracket and lightweight outdoor unit enable safe, flexible self setup across a wide range of window types — including standard, French balcony, and roof windows.

Customise your cooling environment

The Portasplit8k offers multiple airflow levels and intelligent energy saving functions to help you tailor cooling precisely to your space. Built in dehumidification and ventilation modes improve indoor comfort and air quality by reducing excess moisture and maintaining balanced airflow.

With smooth, controlled cooling and whisper quiet operation, the Portasplit8k creates a comfortable environment for work, relaxation, or sleep — exactly when you need it.
